Summer Hill Community

Robert Bray’s vision for Summer Hill began in the late 1990’s. He saw the opportunity for a housing development that would incorporate a low-maintenance lifestyle with the varied topography, the unique natural drainages and wildlife corridors. After extensive planning the Summer Hill planned development was born.
