Nate Porter
Since March of 2007, when Nate built his first home in Fruita, CO, Porter Homes has continued to grow its reputation, combining creativity, craftsmanship and modern concepts to create custom high-end homes throughout the Grand Valley.
Porter Homes has now established itself as one of the top custom home builders in the Grand Valley, offering professionalism, attention to detail and personalized service to each and every customer. After building over 200 custom homes, Nate and his hand-picked team pride themselves on building award-winning homes that cater to each customer's individual personality and vision.
Outside of work, Nate and his wife Brenda of 19 years are happy and busy raising their six children, spending time fly-fishing, camping, hunting, and mountain biking throughout Western Colorado.

Dave Hancock
Dave and his wife Amanda are locals to the Western Slope, being born and raised here in the Grand Valley. After graduating high school, Dave joined the United States Army, serving 6 years before being honorably discharged and finding a new career path.
After his military service, he worked in the oilfield and coal mining industries to support his wife through nursing school. Shortly after, Dave started his first construction business on the front range with a focus in restoration and roofing.
When they moved back to the Western Slope, Dave continued his career in construction where he found his passion for building custom homes. As part owner of Porter Homes, Dave plans to continue building long-lasting friendships with trade partners and clients, while upholding the same standards and values this company was built upon.
In their free time, Dave and Amanda can be found working on their ranch, chasing elk in the backcountry, fly fishing the Colorado streams and spending time with cherished family and friends.
